He is also a graduate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is a qualified DISA (Post qualification course on Information Systems Audit conducted by the ICAI). He is also a qualified CAIIB. Raghavendiran started his career in the banking industry and thus, his expertise in auditing banks. He later went on to serve as a CFO for a nidhi company and gained expertise in the functioning of nidhis, which laid foundation to his auditing specialization in nidhis. He joined the firm as a full time partner in 1993. An ex-banker, he specializes in various assignments relating to banks, such as statutory audit of branches, concurrent audit, revenue audit and foreign exchange division. He handles secretarial and income tax matters for various clients in the fields of manufacturing, service and trading industries and nidhis. He handles audit of a large deposit-based primary co-operative society. He also handles statutory audit of a public sector transport organization. T R Rao He enrolled as a member of ICAI in the year 1959 and is also a company secretary with a rich experience in the finance arena for about five decades. He was in service for over 4 decades in various industries like textiles, mining, paper, shipping, engineering, automobile, cement and steel as a Finance Head cum Company Secretary. He joined the firm in the year 1989 and has been aiding the firm with his vast experience since then.
